In partnership with Plant Chicago, join us on Saturday, September 17th for a family event that includes:
— Farmer’s Market* (11am-3pm)
— Cooking Demo (12:30pm)
— Allergies 101 (1:30pm- Eng. and 2:30pm- Sp.)
— And supportive services.
— Chicago Commons and FARE, in partnership with Mobile Care Chicago (MCC), will be delivering a Food Allergy 101 presentation and giving a tour of MCCs mobile clinic. We will also give out FREE gift bags (while they last), with lots of fun, allergy friendly items and resources. Additionally, we will be joined by Healthy CPS, providing families with social service support, including Medicaid and SNAP enrollment and utilization.

*Chicago Commons families that attend will receive a FREE box of locally sourced produce and $5 coupons for their purchasing needs at the market.*
