Join other parents to discuss the struggles of parenting, share techniques to improve parent-child relationships, and encourage one another. This is a safe space to connect and share with other parents as we navigate the challenges of our day to day.

All workshops are led by Ellen L. Carbonell, MSW. Ellen Carbonell, MSW, is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Work and Program Manager in Social Work and Community Health at Rush University Medical Center. She brings her years of experience working with chronic illnesses, caregiver support and clinical work as she develops and oversees programs for patients and caregivers, provides clinical consultation, and sees patients in psychotherapy at Rush.
