Pathways for Parents Cohort Celebrates End of Semester
Embarking on a new career journey is an exciting and transformative experience, especially when it involves shaping the lives of the parents in our Early Education communities. The Family Hub Pathways for Parents program is dedicated to empowering parents with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the field of early childhood education.
Last month, we celebrated the end of the semester with our cohort. The celebration served as a testament to the program’s commitment to nurturing a community of dedicated educators and inspiring future leaders. As the cohort moves forward, their journey is sure to make a lasting impact on the field of early childhood education and the lives of countless children and families.
A huge shout-out to Alejandra Medina and Stephania Cortes, two Chicago Early Learning Workforce Scholarship recipients and Pathways for Parents students, who participated in our student panel where they shared their student-parent experience. Alejandra Medina is studying to obtain an Associate’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Stephania Cortes is studying to obtain an Associate’s Degree in Child Development: Pre-School Education. The Family Hub is incredibly proud of you all!
